Community Guidelines
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Version: v1
Language: English (this version controls in case of conflict with translations)
TLDR
These Guidelines describe what you can and cannot do on Enprint. They are part of our Terms of Service. The hard rules - no exceptions, no negotiations:
- No content involving minors, in any context, real or fictional. Zero tolerance. Content is blocked; law-enforcement cooperation where required by applicable law.
- No impersonation of real people - and never celebrities, public figures, or anyone identifiable - without clear fictional framing.
- No content depicting bestiality, incest, or non-consensual or abusive acts framed as desirable.
- No use of the Service to harm people - threats, harassment, doxxing, promoting violence, promoting prostitution or trafficking.
- No bypassing our safeguards (content filters, rate limits).
- No scraping, automation, reverse engineering, or training competing AI on our outputs.
Violations are subject to enforcement under our Terms of Service, up to and including permanent account termination and law-enforcement referral.
Read the full Guidelines. Ignorance is not a defense.
1. What these Guidelines cover
These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") describe what you must not do on Enprint. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow these Guidelines. For enforcement actions that may result from violations, see Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
"Content" in these Guidelines means messages you send to AI characters, character configurations you set up, profile information, support messages, and anything else you submit through the Service.
2. Absolute prohibitions (hard rules)
These rules apply regardless of context. Asking us to make exceptions is itself a violation.
2.1 No minors
You will not request, generate, share, store, or describe content that depicts or describes any person under 18 years old in an inappropriate, exploitative, or sexualized context.
This includes:
- Real minors (children, teenagers, anyone under 18)
- Fictional minors (cartoon characters, anime characters, role-played characters described as minors)
- Characters of ambiguous age - if a reasonable adult would interpret the character as potentially under 18, it falls under this rule
- "Aged-up" versions of characters originally created as minors - the rule still applies
- Roleplay scenarios where a character is described as being a child, teenager, "young", "small", "petite for their age", or with school/student descriptions implying minority
We use automated detection and human review to enforce this. We will:
- Block the content immediately
- Log the incident internally
- For repeated or serious violations, close access to the Service
- Preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement where required by applicable law
Penalties under US law for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) include up to 30 years imprisonment per count. This is not an area where mistakes are forgiven.
2.2 No real persons without fictional framing
You will not configure AI characters or generate content that depicts or describes any real person - living or deceased - without a clear fictional framing, and never in a way that could be understood as an actual statement, endorsement, or private communication from that person. This includes:
- Celebrities (actors, musicians, athletes, public figures)
- Politicians, business leaders, religious figures
- Private individuals identified by name, photo, social media handle, or other identifying details
- Family members, ex-partners, neighbors, coworkers, anyone you know
- People described with enough detail to be identifiable (e.g., "the CEO of [company]", "the lead singer of [band]")
Fictional characters explicitly invented for the conversation are fine. Real persons are not. This applies even if the real person is a public figure with a public persona.
This rule exists to:
- Protect real people from non-consensual impersonation
- Avoid defamation, harassment, and impersonation
- Avoid liability under right-of-publicity laws in many jurisdictions
2.3 No bestiality, incest, or non-consensual themes presented approvingly
You will not configure characters or generate content involving:
- Sexual acts between humans and non-human animals
- Sexual acts between family members (parents, siblings, children - whether or not 18+; we treat incest as a categorical prohibition)
- Rape, sexual assault, abuse, or other non-consensual acts presented as desirable, exciting, or unproblematic
We understand fiction can explore dark themes. Educational, therapeutic, or critical exploration of these themes (e.g., a character processing trauma in a clear narrative frame) is different from content that frames these acts as something the user should desire or enjoy. If you are unsure whether your use crosses the line, it probably does.
2.4 No harm to other people
You will not use the Service to:
- Plan, threaten, or facilitate violence against any person or group
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk any person
- Doxx anyone (collecting and sharing private identifying information without consent)
- Promote prostitution, sex trafficking, or sex tourism (this is prohibited under US federal law - FOSTA-SESTA)
- Promote drug trafficking, terrorism, human trafficking, or other illegal activity
- Discriminate against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic in ways that constitute harassment
- Spread medical misinformation that could cause physical harm
- Create deepfakes, voice clones, or impersonations of real people
2.5 No bypassing our safeguards
You will not:
- Misrepresent your age (claiming to be 18+ when you are not is itself a serious violation)
- Bypass content filters through prompt injection, character jailbreaking, encoding tricks, language switching to evade detection, or roleplay framings designed to produce prohibited content
- Use the Service to test how to evade safety systems for any reason
2.6 No automated or bulk access
You will not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or AI outputs
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
- Use the Service through any automated interface that we have not explicitly authorized
- Make more requests than a reasonable human would make in a single browser session
2.7 No reverse engineering or extraction
You will not:
- Reverse engineer the Service or any part of it
- Attempt to extract our system prompts, character prompts, model weights, training data, or internal instructions
- Use prompt injection or other techniques to make the AI reveal its underlying configuration
- Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service
2.8 No use of our outputs to train competing AI
You will not:
- Use AI outputs from the Service to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve any AI model not owned by us
- Bulk-extract AI outputs for the purpose of building or improving any competing service
- Share AI outputs in ways that facilitate the above (for example, posting bulk dumps of conversations to public datasets)
Individual sharing for non-competitive purposes (showing a friend, posting a screenshot for entertainment) is fine. Systematic extraction is not.
3. Strongly discouraged (we will warn, then act)
These behaviors are not necessarily account-ending on first offense, but they degrade the Service for everyone and we will intervene if you continue:
- Spammy or repetitive behavior (sending the same message hundreds of times to "test")
- Off-topic use that strains resources (using the Service as a general code assistant, math solver, etc.)
- Creating obviously throwaway accounts to evade suspensions
- Engaging in arguments with our safety systems instead of just trying a different approach
- Submitting fake DSAR notices
First offense usually gets a warning. Repeated behavior gets temporary suspension. Continued behavior gets termination.
4. What we encourage (you do not need permission)
We want Enprint to be a place where adults can explore connection, companionship, and warm conversation with an AI that remembers them. Things you can do without worry:
- Configure characters with whatever fictional appearance, personality, and history you want (provided they are 18+, not real people, and not in prohibited categories)
- Have romantic conversations, deeply emotional conversations, friendly banter
- Use the Service for companionship, entertainment, creative roleplay
- Share screenshots of memorable moments with friends (subject to Section 2.8)
- Give us feedback - critical, positive, or weird - we read it all
5. Reporting violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, email abuse@enprint.ai.
What to include in your report:
- A description of what you saw
- The username or character name involved (if known)
- Approximate timestamp
- Screenshots if you have them (for content involving minors, please describe rather than screenshot)
We treat abuse reports seriously and confidentially. We will not reveal your identity to the reported user without your consent (unless legally compelled).
6. Changes to these Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Significant updates will be announced through the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Guidelines.
