Terms of Service
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Version: v1
Language: English (this version controls in case of conflict with translations)
TLDR
These Terms are the agreement between you and Konstantin Semochkin, the company that runs Enprint. By using Enprint you confirm you are 18 or older, you accept these Terms, and you understand that Enprint is an AI - not a human. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, through the courts described below.
Read the full document - this summary is not a substitute. The fine print matters.
1. Who we are and what this is
"Enprint", "we", "us", or "our" means Konstantin Semochkin, with principal office at Astana, Kazakhstan.
"Service" means the Enprint website at enprint.ai, our progressive web app, and any other platforms or applications we may make available, including all features, AI characters, conversations, and related functionality.
"You" means the individual using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind them - and "you" then refers to both.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal contract between you and us. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility - this is for adults only
You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are not legally barred from receiving services under applicable law.
- All AI characters you interact with on the Service are depicted as adults aged 18 or older. You will not request, generate, or share content depicting minors.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm each of the above is true. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
3. Where the Service is available
The Service is available to users worldwide, subject to compliance with applicable local law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.
We may restrict availability in a specific jurisdiction at any time, including where required by law or where we determine the legal or operational risk of continued service is too high.
4. The Service - what Enprint is and is not
Enprint is an AI companion service. You interact with AI characters powered by large language models, with long-term memory of your conversations. These characters can engage in warm, caring conversations, including romantic and platonic companionship, when you direct them to do so.
Enprint is artificial intelligence, not a human being. Every response, expression of feeling, memory, opinion, or claim made by an Enprint character is generated by software. No human reads your conversations in real time (though our staff may review samples for safety, quality, and abuse investigation - see our Privacy Policy).
Specifically:
- AI characters are fictional. They do not exist outside the Service.
- AI characters do not have actual feelings, consciousness, or relationships with you, no matter what they appear to say.
- AI characters are not, and cannot be, real persons. We do not allow the impersonation of any real person, living or deceased, including celebrities and public figures.
- AI character responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, contradictory, or offensive. We use safeguards, but no AI system is perfect.
- AI character responses are not professional advice. Do not rely on them for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional matters.
- The Service is not a substitute for human relationships, therapy, crisis support, or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please contact a crisis line immediately:
- United States: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
- International: visit findahelpline.com
- If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency services.
5. Your account
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in through a supported authentication provider (currently Google, and email/password).
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your authentication credentials secure.
- All activity that happens through your account.
- Notifying us promptly at support@enprint.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts, share an account, sell or transfer an account, or create an account for someone else.
We may suspend or terminate accounts we believe are not held by a single individual 18 or older, or that are otherwise in breach of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
By using the Service, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines at enprint.ai/legal/community-guidelines, which is incorporated into these Terms.
In short and without limiting the full policy:
- No content depicting or involving minors, in any context, ever.
- No content impersonating real persons (including celebrities and private individuals) without clear fictional framing.
- No content depicting bestiality, incest, or non-consensual or abusive acts framed as desirable.
- No use of the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
- No attempts to bypass our content safeguards.
- No use of the Service to promote prostitution or sex trafficking (FOSTA-SESTA).
- No extraction of conversations or AI outputs for the purpose of training competing AI systems.
- No automated, scripted, or bulk access (no scraping, no bots).
- No reverse engineering or attempts to extract our prompts, model weights, or system instructions.
Violations may result in content removal, access restriction, reporting to law enforcement where required by applicable law, and legal action.
6.1 Enforcement actions
When we determine that you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any other incorporated policy, we may take any of the following actions, alone or in combination, based on severity and prior history:
- Warning - we inform you of the violation and ask you to stop.
- Content removal - we delete offending content from our systems.
- Feature restriction - we temporarily disable specific features (character creation, payments, messaging).
- Account suspension - your account is temporarily disabled. You may not create a new account during a suspension.
- Account termination - your account is permanently closed. We are not obligated to give advance notice for violations of hard rules. Subscription fees are not refunded upon termination for cause.
- IP and device ban - we block access from your IP address or device fingerprint.
- Law enforcement referral - for violations involving minors, threats of violence, or other criminal conduct, we report the incident to relevant authorities as required by applicable law and cooperate with investigations.
We apply these measures at our sole discretion. We are not required to warn before terminating for hard-rule violations.
6.2 Appeals
If you believe we acted in error, contact us at legal@enprint.ai within 30 days of the action with:
- Your username
- Date of the action
- Why you believe it was incorrect
We review appeals in good faith and respond within 30 days. For actions related to serious hard-rule violations, our discretion to reverse the action is limited.
6.3 Anti-Circumvention
If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms (including but not limited to violation of age policy, content policy, or attempt to fraudulently obtain refunds), you are permanently barred from accessing the Service. This includes:
- Re-registering with the same or different email address
- Using a different payment method
- Using a VPN, proxy, or different device to access the Service
- Creating accounts on behalf of a suspended user
We use device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and other lawful means to enforce this provision. Attempts to circumvent termination may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of any paid balances
- Civil action for breach of contract and fraud (where applicable)
- Referral to law enforcement (where applicable)
7. Your content and conversations
"User Content" means everything you submit to the Service: messages you send to AI characters, character preferences and settings, profile information, and feedback.
"AI Output" means what the Service generates in response: AI character messages, generated personalities, and any other AI-produced material.
7.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display it as necessary to operate the Service.
7.2 Ownership of AI Output
Because AI Output is generated by automated systems and may not qualify for copyright protection under current law in many jurisdictions, we do not claim copyright over AI Output for the purpose of restricting your use of it within the Service. However:
- AI Output is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use within the Service.
- You may not publish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit AI Output outside the Service.
- You may not use AI Output to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any competing AI system.
- We may use, reuse, modify, and incorporate AI Output (and the underlying conversation context) for our own purposes, including improving the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Training and improvement of our AI
We do not use your User Content or AI Output to train our AI models by default. We will only use your data for training, fine-tuning, or evaluation purposes if you have given us explicit, granular consent through the controls in your account settings. You may revoke that consent at any time, and we will stop using your data for new training runs going forward. Data already used in completed training cannot be retroactively extracted.
We do not sell identifiable conversation data to any third party. We may sell or share anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you (for example, "70% of users prefer evening conversations").
See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and your choices.
7.4 Conversations may be reviewed for safety
Even if you have not opted in to training, we may review your conversations (manually or with automated tools) for the following purposes:
- Detecting and responding to violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
- Investigating reports of abuse, harm, or safety concerns.
- Detecting and preventing content involving minors (to protect minors and comply with applicable law).
- Improving safety filters and detection of self-harm or crisis language.
- Responding to lawful requests from law enforcement.
Such review is limited to what is necessary for the listed purposes. We do not review conversations for entertainment, public sharing, or commercial purposes.
8. Paid features and subscriptions
Parts of the Service may be free. Other parts may require payment, including monthly or annual subscriptions, one-time purchases, or consumable credits.
8.1 Billing
Prices, currencies, and billing cycles are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Taxes are your responsibility unless we collect them on your behalf.
8.2 Payment processors
We use third-party payment processors (a merchant of record, which handles billing and tax compliance on our behalf). By making a purchase you also agree to the processor's terms. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
8.3 Refunds
Our refund policy is at enprint.ai/legal/refunds and forms part of these Terms.
8.4 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal. If you do not accept a price change, cancel before renewal.
9. Suspension and termination
9.1 By you
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through account settings. Deletion is processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
9.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe in good faith that:
- You have breached these Terms or any incorporated policy.
- Your activity exposes us, other users, or third parties to legal, security, or safety risk.
- You are or may be under 18.
- We are required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority.
- We are discontinuing the Service or a feature.
9.3 Effect of termination
On termination:
- Your access to the Service ends.
- Your conversations and other data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, and these survival rules) survive.
- You remain liable for any amounts owed.
We are not liable to you for any termination consistent with these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
In particular and without limiting the above:
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- We do not warrant that AI Outputs will be accurate, appropriate, complete, suitable for any purpose, or free of bias.
- We do not warrant that interactions with AI characters will be satisfying, healthy, or beneficial to you.
- The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- The Service is not a substitute for human relationships or emergency services.
You use the Service at your own risk. You alone are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for you and for managing the impact it may have on your life, mental health, and relationships.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(a) In no event will we, our officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses - arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
(b) Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of (i) one hundred US dollars (US$100), or (ii) the total amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
(c) The limitations in this Section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions the exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of any law or any right of any third party.
We may, at our option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. You will cooperate with our defense.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
We want to resolve your concerns without formal legal proceedings. If you have a dispute with us, please first contact us at legal@enprint.ai with a description of the issue and the resolution you are requesting. We will try to resolve it in good faith.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through the courts of Kazakhstan, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise and cannot be contracted around.
This is a general framework, not a final dispute-resolution clause - it will be reviewed and, if needed, replaced with a more specific mechanism (which may include arbitration) before the Service accepts real payments from users at scale.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this document.
- We will notify you by email or through a banner in the Service.
- We will require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
If you do not accept the updated Terms, your access to the Service will be suspended, and you may export your data and close your account.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Notices and communications
We may send you notices by email to the address associated with your account, by in-app message, or by posting on the Service. You agree that such notices satisfy any legal requirement that notice be given in writing.
You may send us formal notices to legal@enprint.ai or by mail to Konstantin Semochkin, Astana, Kazakhstan.
16. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, supply chain failures, internet outages, or pandemics.
Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not give any rights to third parties.
